[Lydia is definitely looking a lot better than she was before the port. There's a massive pile of shopping bags on her bed that she still needs to put away, but she has Prada sitting on her lap, looking very pleased with himself.]

For those of you who were worried, we're back! We managed to come back on our own just fine and we just got here a couple of hours ago.

If anyone -- Scott -- is looking for Stiles, he went to his cabin.

And Allison? [She grins brightly and shows her this picture on her phone.]

[After greeting everyone and taking some time to unpack, she finally sits down on her chair and sends the message she's been dreading. But she knows she has to do it.]

Before the port, I did some things I'm not proud of. I wasn't in the best frame of mind and I think this is a big reason why the Admiral took away my inmate to begin with.

This break from the Barge has given me time to think and hopefully find a better way of dealing with things here, of being a better warden. If anyone would like to ask me questions about anything, or wants to clear things up with me, I'm available.

I won't try to justify the things I did before, but I want to apologize to anyone who might have been hurt or offended by my actions.

[She nods just slightly at the date. She figured as much.]

I have some pictures of where I could take them from the Louvre, if you'd like to see?

[He actually brightens at that.] Yeah? I would, actually, if you don't mind.

Absolutely. Come over any time you're free.

[She smiles softly. She worries about him. And about Bucky.]

Thanks. I will.

[And he really will.

He's doing a little better, actually. Not perfect. But Bucky's not ignoring him or running away if he comes across Steve in the hall. That's a big improvement, and he knows it.]

You need anything? I feel like I shouldn't just show up without, you know, a gift for the hostess.

[Lydia grins softly, then shakes her head at the offer.]

It's not a party, so gifts are not necessary. But if you feel like you must, a hug will do. [And she has no problems asking him for one. She cares about Steve a lot.]

[Hey, he appreciates her showing him those pictures. He really does.]

You know, I think I could manage that. [If she has no problems asking, he has no problems delivering.] It's a deal.

[Her face brightens at that and she nods.]

I'll see you really soon then, right? I need all the news of the Barge while we see pictures. [Mainly: how Bucky is doing and how Steve is doing, too.]

[And he likes seeing her smile, honestly.]

Yeah, you will. And I'm still a little behind, myself, but I'll fill you in as best I can.

[He kind of suspects she mostly wants to know about him and/or Bucky. He can manage that. Things are... okayer than they've been, even. So he's got something kind of positive to report.]

Thanks, Steve. [She wouldn't expect anything other than the best he can from someone like him, anyway.

But she'll press him on the more important subjects if she has to.]
