[Lydia is definitely looking a lot better than she was before the port. There's a massive pile of shopping bags on her bed that she still needs to put away, but she has Prada sitting on her lap, looking very pleased with himself.]

For those of you who were worried, we're back! We managed to come back on our own just fine and we just got here a couple of hours ago.

If anyone -- Scott -- is looking for Stiles, he went to his cabin.

And Allison? [She grins brightly and shows her this picture on her phone.]

[After greeting everyone and taking some time to unpack, she finally sits down on her chair and sends the message she's been dreading. But she knows she has to do it.]

Before the port, I did some things I'm not proud of. I wasn't in the best frame of mind and I think this is a big reason why the Admiral took away my inmate to begin with.

This break from the Barge has given me time to think and hopefully find a better way of dealing with things here, of being a better warden. If anyone would like to ask me questions about anything, or wants to clear things up with me, I'm available.

I won't try to justify the things I did before, but I want to apologize to anyone who might have been hurt or offended by my actions.

[But he is grinning. Basically unlimited shopping spree? Who hasn't dreamt of that? He's not even jealous, because it's only in his nature occasionally, and he brought home a bunch of new shit too, when he and Kira finally ventured out.

[He laughs as he checks his communicator and spots Scott.]

[He smirks at Scott's reaction.]

Good to know, buddy. Come get your food. [He pans the camera over to the bed where there's a large bag with handles.] It's full to the top. Good thing you have wolfie metabolism, dude.

Well, who knows when the next port is gonna happen? I had to stock up. I'll be here for a while. [And saying that, being comfortable with that acknowledgement. It means a lot to her considering the state she was in when they left.]

You boys have fun. And let me know when you're going to dinner. I miss you too, you know?

[Hearing it, knowing she means it, practically makes him glow. This isn't a home, he's never thought of it as one, but neither have they. They're here to help people. They're here to get something accomplished, and knowing they're going into it together, hopeful, means everything to him.]

I missed you too. Promise I won't just fill up on bread. [He might. Bread is great. But he'd come to hang out anyway.]

[One thing she's learned in the past few years. Since Peter bit her and they took her into the pack. Since she found what a real family means, they became her home. Having Stiles' love, having Scott believe in her, having Allison trust her. They're each others' home. At least for her.

And that's one thing she knows she can focus on when she has bad times on the Barge. They're still there by her side.]

Like your metabolism can't handle it, anyway.

[Scott believes in people. It's why he wants to expect the best of them, because he can't imagine doing otherwise. And he believes in his friends most of all: they'll do right by each other. They always will.]

So you're saying I can eat a whole thing of French bread and then have dinner? My mom would hate you.

[Lydia didn't used to believe in people. Not until these people started believing in her. And then she realized she wanted nothing more than to earn the trust they were already offering.]

I'm saying you can eat enough that you'll still be hungry to have dinner with me later. Your mom would like to hear you're getting fed in this place.
