Lydia stood back up the second he turned his back on her. Being at the Sheriff's station alone was enough to make her anxious. It reminded her too much of the night she, Scott and Isaac spent there, after they lost Allison.

And if that wasn't enough she also had the feeling that something else was about to happen, which certainly did nothing to calm her down. Not in the least.

She was certainly not taking him to her home to put her mom in danger but she figured that had something to do with his cover story, so she nodded.

"I have my car, or maybe a police car will be safer." Probably was going to be safer. And she could get Stiles to give her a ride to pick up her car when this was over.
