[Lydia isn't like Scott. No matter how much she wants to be more like him, trusting people until proven wrong isn't something she's comfortable with doing. But Stiles is even worst that she is, he trusts very few people, and when he trusts them, he has more than just a gut feeling about it.

She knows Dean is one of the people Stiles trusts. And between her talk with the other him, with how much Dean obviously cares about Stiles and with everything he did for them at the last port, how willing he seems to be to help her now, she can't not trust him.
