[Allison decides she likes the bossy girl immediately because she's enthralled by the bunny...because someone who likes bunnies is clearly of good character and can be trusted completely.]

I do! [Gathering up her bunny, she shows Duchess to Lydia on camera. Duchess sniffs, then promptly squirms away to nestle herself as deep as she can against Allison's body, right where it meets the bed.]

This is Duchess. She's my bunny, an' she goes every place with me...an' she's magical.

[Not that Allison has any real proof of that, it's just something she's decided. She thinks for a minute, though, remembering the line of dark, glittery powder around the rabbit pen in the room, and around her bed.]
